As we discussed in ‘What Is WordPress‘ there are several different types of users on WordPress that can accomplish different tasked on the site depending on what type of user they are. Depending on what project you are working on you may have to deal with some or all of these user types. Luckily WordPress makes them easy to manage.
To create and manage your users first we are going to go to the users tab from the admin panel, and this will take us to a page where we can see all of the users on the website.
If you need to edit the details of a user, go ahead and click on the user you want to edit and you will be taken to a page where you can do so.
If you need to create a new user, click the ‘Add New’ button and then you will be taken to a page where you can create a new user and specify what type of roll they have.
And that’s all there is to it.
